For years, I struggled with depression. Even after I started feeling better, I still felt lost, disconnected, and unsure of what came next.
I found myself in that in-between space, not in crisis, but not fully living either. I didn’t know who I was outside of what I had been through, and I wasn’t sure how to move forward.
Over time, I learned how to reconnect with myself. I gained clarity on what I truly wanted, built confidence in my decisions, and started creating a life that actually feels like mine.
That experience is why this work matters so much to me.
I know what it feels like to get through the hardest part and still feel stuck. And I also know that it’s possible to move beyond that space.
Now, I help others reconnect with themselves, find direction, and start building a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
With a background in Human Resources and coaching, and a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with minors in Business and Communication, I bring both structure and support into the work we do together. My training in Conflict Management and Applied Leadership helps guide you through growth with clarity and confidence.
My approach is grounded and focused on real progress, helping you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
